Buttermilk Cornbread

Cream:
2 cubes butter
1 1/3 c sugar

Add:
2 C buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Mix well.

Add:
1 1/4 c cornmeal
2 3/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda

Mix and put in a greased 9x13x2 cake pan. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
